Aluminium | Aluminium Alloy

used in many different inudtries. bahb ahb ahb ahb a. Aluminium can also go under heat treatemnt to further change the properties, some noted as T1 or T5 after the name. different standards in the market like AS bah bah.

Stainless steel | Carbon Steel

Stainless Steel has a high chromium content which acts as a protective layer against corrosion and rust. Carbon steel is high in carbon that when exposed to moisture can corrode and rust quickly. Stainless steel is is more appealing to the eye and can be use for decorative products. Carbon Steel is stronger and more durable then stainless steel. Examples of carbon steel are aircraft fittings, gears, bushings, electrical components, screws, nuts, bolts, and stainless steel are Aerospace components, automotive parts, construction materials, heat exchangers, and Kitchen appliance and utensils.

Zinc | Zinc Alloy

Zinc density is high, and the diecast cost is low for smaller parts. Tolerance is quite high, so less CNC machining is required. It does get expensive compared with aluminum when the part is bigger. It is also very brittle, as it may be used in coating and galvanizing applications where other metals will take on load-bearing duties. However, when zinc is alloyed with other stronger materials, it can attain a higher impact strength. Zn–Cu–Ti is one of the alloys that includes Titanium that has high strength and creep resistance applications.

  • Fashion: many accessories such as zippers, and purse and shoes chains

  • Medical: zinc is considered environmentally safe.

  • Construction and Buildings: can be used a solder, household fittings, and as coating on roofing and cladding products.

  • Marine: Zinc used as sacrificial anodes for marine vessels and other applications that will be exposed to saltwater environments.

Magnesium | Magnesium Alloy

Magnesium alloys are well-known for being the lightest structural alloys. Applications in aerospace and premium electronic devices. TVs, tablets, laptops, and smartphones. Magnesium provides products that are lighter than steel, stronger, and more reliable than plastic while retaining beauty and practicality. Increasingly, magnesium is the mark of premium quality in electronic devices. With that said, magnesium is a more difficult and more unstable material to fabricate under high temperatures; hence, the manufacturing cost is higher.
